2008 December > United Way Breakfast The 2nd annual "Breakfast All day for the United Way" was held at Smitty's Family Restaurant on George Street. The proceeds from everything ordered off the breakfast menu went to the United Way campaign for Peterborough and District. Patrons at the restaurant were seated by members of the United Way and they had the opportunity to bid on some great silent auction items, including hockey tickets in Montreal and a family pass to see Medieval Times. United Way of Peterborough & District seeks to enhance community life and build stronger, healthier communities by connecting community needs to community resources.
