The Kawartha World Issue Centre’s (k.w.i.c.) fundraising bowlathon took place recently at Lakeview Bowl. All proceeds from the 5th annual "Bowl the World" event went directly to k.w.i.c.’s Global Education and Resource Centre, events and programmes in Peterborough and surrounding area. Individual bowlers and teams had the chance to win great door prizes as did the wackiest dressed team and the fundraiser who gathered the most pledges.
