OLG Challenge

The Security team at OLG Slots Kawartha Downs put out a challenge to the staff. If they were able to raise over a $1000 for Haiti Relief, they would “walk, run or crawl” the money from OLG Slots in a relay to the Red Cross office on Water Street in Peterborough. The corporate social committee organized several fundraisers, including bake sales and jeans day. All of the $1840 raised was from the staff. On February 9th the Security team walked the 17.3 km in 2 hours and delivered the cheque in person to the Red Cross Relief Fund for Haiti.
