Health Promotion Active Living Fair

It was an impressive Health Fair at Activity Haven Senior Centre which was held on behalf of the OACAO (Older Adult Centres of Ontario) and the Ministry of Health Promotion. Not only was the place packed with an abundance of valuable information for seniors and their families, but they also held a mini-clinic for checking blood pressure and a hearing screening. Guest speakers spoke on the importance of healthy, active living and the event was completely free. Check with Activity Haven on 180 Barnardo Avenue for their next great event.
