Buckhorn to Commemorate

In 2008, Parks Canada Trent-Severn Waterway launched the Decade of Discovery to bring the history of the Trent-Severn Waterway to life. 2012 marks 125 years of operation at Buckhorn, Lovesick & Burleigh Falls lock stations. This is an important milestone, as these locks symbolise the Government's renewed commitment to the waterway back in 1882. The steering committee for the 125th Anniversary is looking for your ideas, volunteers, sponsors, etc. If you'd like more information, please contact lauren.dunn@pc.gc.ca
